History

Merriwood is a 92-unit condominium complex located in Livonia. The property sets many capital improvement programs each year to maintain the buildings and each owners investment within the community.

The property is run by 5 Board Members who are elected to the Board at the Annual Meeting of the owners. The Board communicates with the owners of each home through mail and email informing them of ongoing events and future improvements.

Association

The association dues are $280 per month and cover the annual budget for the community.
